# Care Business Setup and Compliance Resource Hub

Practical support for UK care providers and healthcare entrepreneurs

Welcome to the Care Sync Experts resource hub.

Care Sync Experts is a UK consultancy that supports care entrepreneurs, registered providers and healthcare organisations. We help clients plan, launch and strengthen care businesses. We are not a direct care provider, and we do not replace advice from the Care Quality Commission, a solicitor, an accountant or another relevant professional.

### What we help with

Our work includes supported living and domiciliary care business setup, CQC registration support, CQC interview preparation, PIR writing, policies and procedures, statements of purpose, business plans, compliance support, tender readiness, healthcare websites, branding, graphic design and marketing.

### CQC registration and interview preparation

A strong registration application needs consistent information across the business plan, statement of purpose, policies, staffing model and financial assumptions. We help applicants organise their evidence, identify gaps and prepare for questions that may arise during the CQC registration and interview process. Clients should always check current requirements directly with the Care Quality Commission.

### Supported living and domiciliary care setup

We support new and developing organisations with service planning, operating models, documentation and practical launch preparation. This can include supported living, home care and other adult social care services. The work is tailored to the intended service, client group and local market.

### PIR writing, policies and compliance

Care Sync Experts helps providers prepare clear, evidence based responses for Provider Information Returns and improve the documents that underpin safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led services. We also support policy development, quality assurance planning and compliance improvement.

### Tenders, business plans and statements of purpose

We help organisations present their service model clearly to commissioners, partners and regulators. Support can cover tender readiness, bid documents, business plans, market analysis and statements of purpose. All documents should accurately reflect the organisation and the services it is genuinely able to deliver.

### Healthcare websites, branding and marketing

Care organisations need a professional and accessible digital presence. We provide healthcare website design, branding, graphic design and practical marketing support, with clear messaging for service users, families, professionals and commissioners.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://care-sync-experts.gitbook.io/care-sync-experts-docs/readme.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
